Kitchens & baths
Cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting and fixtures, plus the plumbing and electrical behind them. We handle full gut remodels and simple refreshes, and we fix the leaks and subfloor damage that older bathrooms often hide.

Crawl spaces & moisture
In southeastern North Carolina, the problem Mark sees most is moisture. We evaluate crawl spaces, control moisture, clean and contain them, and repair the joists, subfloors and framing that water has already damaged.

Exteriors
When water gets in, we find out where, fix the source and repair the damage. We handle siding, trim, roof leaks, windows, doors and masonry, and we restore older exterior details when they’re worth saving.

Light commercial
Light commercial alterations are some of Mark’s favorite work. He started in commercial construction in 1979, helping build a Ramada Inn in Bennington, Vermont, and he has long experience with medical and legal offices. He knows how to keep downtime low for a busy practice, and he can be the one contractor you meet with to run the whole project.
Repairs
Doors, trim, drywall, flooring, painting, clean-ups and the punch list you’ve been putting off. We also look after homes and rentals for owners who live out of town, and send photos so you can see the work.
